# Delay receiving airtime, data bundle, or funds after payment?

Occasionally, due to temporary delays particularly during peak traffic hours, you might experience a short delay receiving your airtime, data bundle, or funds transfer after a successful payment.

If this happens, please provide us with the following details:

* The **success message** of the payment sent by Orange Money or Mobile Money.

* The **payer's phone number**.

* The **receiver's phone number**.

This will help us verify and expedite your transaction.

**Important:**

* For quicker support, please **copy and paste** the payment message directly here. Screenshots generally require more time to process.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
