Getting Started with Switchn

Download the Switchn app:

• Android: Download from Google Play Store
• iPhone: Download from App Store

✅ Setting Up Switchn

1. Open the Switchn app after installation.
2. Enter your payer number (the number associated with your MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money account). Preferably, use your current WhatsApp number and choose "Sign in with WhatsApp". You are 100% guaranteed to receive your OTP code (unlike SMS which may delay), and can later contact our support directly via WhatsApp when necessary.
3. Verification:

• • Automatic verification if WhatsApp or the SIM card is installed in your phone.
  • If WhatsApp or the SIM is not present, you'll receive a verification code via your WhatsApp account or SMS.

4. Once verified, you are ready to use Switchn.

⚡ Using Switchn

Airtime and Data Bundle Purchase

• On the home screen, enter the recipient's phone number.
• Enter the amount or select a bundle.
• Tap "NEXT".
• You will receive a payment prompt from MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money.
• Confirm the payment.
• Airtime or data bundles will be delivered instantly.
• Supports all major networks: MTN, Orange, CAMTEL (Blue), YooMee.

Funds Transfer Between Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money

• Easily transfer funds between Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money accounts:
• • Navigate to the Send tab.
  • Enter the receiver’s phone number and amount.
  • Choose your payer number (Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money), or your prepaid funds.
  • Confirm the transaction.
• The funds transfer completes quickly and securely.

🔄 Adding Multiple Payer Numbers

• You can link up to 5 different payer numbers:
• • Tap your current payer number at the bottom of the app.
  • Tap the "ADD" action to add additional payer numbers.
