How do I view my transaction history in the Switchn app?

To view your transaction history, follow these simple steps:

Open the Switchn app.

Tap the three horizontal lines (menu icon) at the top left corner.

Select "History" from the menu.

You will see a list of your recent transactions.

If you're unable to view your history or have issues accessing specific transactions, please contact our support with the payment success message sent by Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money, and we'll help you retrieve the transaction details.
