How to Verify the Recipient’s Name

To ensure your transfer reaches the correct recipient, Switchn allows you to verify the recipient's name before finalizing the transaction. Follow these simple steps:

Steps to Verify Recipient’s Name:

1. Open Switchn and navigate to the Send tab.
2. Enter the recipient’s phone number, the transfer amount, and your payer details.
3. Tap Next.
4. The recipient’s name will appear. If it hasn't appeared immediately, you'll see a message indicating that the name is being fetched.
5. Once the name appears, verify carefully that it matches the intended recipient.
6. After confirming the recipient’s identity, tap Send to finalize your transaction.

Always verify the displayed name to avoid sending funds to the wrong recipient.
