How to Withdraw Your Switchn Prepaid Funds to Your Mobile Money Account

Follow these simple steps to transfer funds from your Switchn Prepaid Funds back to your Orange Money (OM) or MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) account:

Method 1: Using the "Funds" Menu

1. Open the Switchn app.
2. Tap the "Funds" tab in the bottom right corner.
3. Select "Send Funds".
4. Enter your OM or MoMo phone number as the beneficiary.
5. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
6. Review details and tap "Confirm" to complete the transfer.

Method 2: Using the "Send" Option

1. Open the Switchn app.
2. Navigate to the "Send" tab at the bottom.
3. Enter your OM or MoMo number in the recipient field.
4. Tap on the "Payer phone number" field and select "Funds" from the pop-up.
5. Enter the withdrawal amount.
6. Tap "Next", review your transaction details, and confirm by tapping "Send".
