# Not receiving OTP via SMS when logging in to Switchn

If you're not receiving the OTP code via SMS when trying to sign up or log in to Switchn, we strongly recommend you to use the **"Sign In with WhatsApp"** option instead.

### Why WhatsApp?

* **Guaranteed OTP Delivery:** WhatsApp reliably delivers OTP codes, ensuring you'll never experience the delays or failures common with SMS.
    
* **Greater Stability:** Unlike SMS, which relies on local network carriers and can become unstable, WhatsApp is consistently reliable.

### How to Sign In Using WhatsApp:

1. Open Switchn, input your primary payment number, then select **"Sign In with WhatsApp"**.
    
2. Ensure your number is active on WhatsApp to instantly receive your OTP code.
