Retrying Failed CAMTEL Blue or YooMee Bundle Activations on Switchn

If your CAMTEL Blue or YooMee bundle activation fails on Switchn, you can retry it depending on the failure reason. Follow these steps to retry the activation:


  1. Open the Switchn app.

  1. Go to History.

  1. Select the transaction that failed.

  1. Click "Retry Bundle Activation".


Note:


  • This option is only available for activations paid via MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, or Switchn Prepaid Funds.

  • Ensure the original transaction was successfully paid before retrying.
