Retrying Failed CAMTEL Blue or YooMee Bundle Activations on Switchn

If a CAMTEL Blue or YooMee bundle activation fails on Switchn with a retryable error, you may be able to retry the activation from the app.


How to retry


  1. Open the Switchn app.
  2. Go to History.
  3. Select the affected transaction.
  4. If the action is available, tap "Retry Bundle Activation".


Important


This option only applies to transactions that were successfully paid in Switchn and are eligible for a bundle-activation retry. Do not ask the customer to pay a second time for the same transaction.


If the retry action is not shown, or if the customer is reporting a pending payment, debit, missing bundle, or failed delivery, ask for one proof item only: the transaction/reference ID, the full payment SMS text, or a clear screenshot/receipt. Support should then check the status.
