Understanding CAMTEL and YooMee Bundle Activation on Switchn

When activating a CAMTEL or YooMee data bundle on Switchn, the process involves two distinct steps:

  1. Airtime Transfer:
    • First, Switchn sends airtime directly to your CAMTEL or YooMee SIM card.
  1. Bundle Activation:
    • Next, Switchn automatically converts this airtime into the requested data bundle.

What if the activation fails?

If the bundle activation step fails due to technical issues with CAMTEL or YooMee:

  • The airtime remains safely on your SIM card.
  • No refund is possible because the airtime has already been successfully delivered.

How to retry bundle activation:

You have two easy options to retry activating your bundle:

  1. History Page:
    • Open the Switchn app.
    • Navigate to the History page.
    • Find the transaction and tap "Retry Bundle Activation".
  1. Convert Airtime:
    • Use the "Convert Airtime" feature in the Switchn app.
