Understanding CAMTEL and YooMee Bundle Activation on Switchn
When activating a CAMTEL or YooMee data bundle on Switchn, the process involves two distinct steps:
- Airtime Transfer:
- First, Switchn sends airtime directly to your CAMTEL or YooMee SIM card.
- Bundle Activation:
- Next, Switchn automatically converts this airtime into the requested data bundle.
What if the activation fails?
If the bundle activation step fails due to technical issues with CAMTEL or YooMee:
- The airtime remains safely on your SIM card.
- No refund is possible because the airtime has already been successfully delivered.
How to retry bundle activation:
You have two easy options to retry activating your bundle:
- History Page:
- Open the Switchn app.
- Navigate to the History page.
- Find the transaction and tap "Retry Bundle Activation".
- Convert Airtime:
- Use the "Convert Airtime" feature in the Switchn app.
