Why is Switchn not recognizing my valid phone number?

Sometimes, Switchn may not recognize new or recently updated phone numbers right away. This usually happens when phone numbers from old networks are reassigned or new number ranges are introduced.


What to do:


  1. Update the Switchn App: Make sure you have the latest version of the Switchn app installed. This often solves the issue.

  1. Use the Switchn Website: If updating the app doesn't help, you can still buy airtime or activate bundles easily on our website: https://switchn.net.

  1. Contact Support: If the issue persists, please provide us with the phone number that is not recognized. Our technical team will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
