Buy a CAMTEL Blue bundle


  1. Open the Switchn app.
  2. Choose the CAMTEL / Blue bundle option.
  3. Enter or select the CAMTEL number to recharge.
  4. Pick the bundle shown in the app.
  5. Review the number, bundle name, validity, and amount.
  6. Confirm and approve the payment with your Mobile Money PIN.


You can also manage CAMTEL Blue bundles directly from your CAMTEL SIM with *825#.


Common bundle families


The exact list shown in Switchn may vary, but CAMTEL Blue offers usually fall into these families:


  • Blue One: all-in-one offers with data, call units, and SMS.
  • Blue Go and Blue Go+: monthly data bundles with larger data volumes.
  • Blue Mo: short-validity mobile data bundles.
  • Blue Home: home internet bundles that require a compatible Blue Home SIM and internet box from CAMTEL.

If activation is delayed


If your payment was debited but the bundle is not active, check your Switchn transaction history. If the transaction shows pending or failed, contact Switchn support with the transaction reference or payment proof.


If the bundle was activated but internet still does not work, check your CAMTEL balance, APN settings, and SIM status, or contact CAMTEL support.
