How to Send Funds from Orange Money to MTN Mobile Money (and vice versa) using Switchn

With Switchn, you can transfer funds between Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money wallets.

Open the Switchn app and go to the Send tab.
Enter the recipient's phone number for the receiving wallet, Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money.
Enter the amount you want to send.
Select your payer phone number for the sending wallet, Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money.
Tap Next, review the details displayed, then confirm by tapping Send.
Approve the payment prompt with your Mobile Money PIN.

After you approve the payment, check the transaction status in Switchn. The receiver is notified when the transfer completes.

Make sure you have enough balance in your Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money wallet before starting a transfer.
If the transfer is delayed, check your Switchn transaction history first.
If your payment was debited but the receiver has not received the money, contact support with the transaction reference or payment proof.
